Getting To Know The Staff

I am Aoife. I own and manage Kids at Play. I have gained experience and knowledge of many additional and complex needs over the years. I like to follow a child centred approach to my practice as I believe a happy child learns best. I like to make sure the children who use are service have fun, feel relaxed and secure and are accepted for who they are. BA(Hons) in early childhood studies Professional diploma in teaching Completed many professional development courses in areas of autism, play partnership, lámh, child protection etc. In my spare time I like to read a book, browse the shops, walk my dogs, and spend time with family.

I’m Anna, the assistant manager in Kids at Play where I’ve been working since it opened. Prior to that, I worked with Aoife providing tuition to children and support to families.
 I have worked with children throughout my life and bring the experience I’ve gained from working with babies, children and teenagers in various organisations in Ireland, Russia and Africa. BA(Hons) in Early Childhood Care and Education Completed many courses relating to autism, communication and child safety.
 I love art and craft and find encouraging creativity is a great way for children to express themselves. n my spare time I love a great cup of coffee, being on the beach and hanging out with my family.
